Robin Krabill's death ruled as accidental
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The La Crosse County medical examiner ruled the death of a 32-year-old woman who fell from a 3rd floor fire escape stairway on April 28 as accidental.
Robin Krabill, of Waverly, Iowa, was found lying face down with blood all around her on the walking path off of State Street in downtown La Crosse. Investigators determined she died as a result of injuries sustained from the fall. She was alone at the time.
According to the toxicology results, Krabill’s BAC was .248. That’s more than three times the legal limit to drive.
Video surveillance showed Krabill alone and appeared to be disoriented and having difficulty walking down the fire escape stairs.
