Western students offer free IT services

If you’re having computer problems, help is available without breaking the bank.

Western Technical College Students in the IT computer specialist support program are offering free help for the community.

They are operating a help desk on campus to assist you with any questions you might have from hardware issues to new updates on your smartphone.

For students,  the experience is something they can’t learn in a textbook.

You can read a book and read how you want to operate in an environment like this, but being able to be hands on gets you that experience. It lets you experience things you may not necessarily read about,” said student Perry Ravet.

The services are available through April 22nd.

For more information on the program you can call 608-785-9900 or online.
