Watch: Mayo Clinic director of research combats COVID misinformation
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — Mayo Clinic Health System’s Dr. Gregory Poland, the director of the Mayo Clinic Vaccine Research Center, took questions to discuss the science of COVID-19 vaccines and the harm of misinformation.
Poland joined Dr. Paul Mueller, vice president for Mayo Clinic Health System in Southwest Wisconsin, to discuss COVID vaccines and address vaccine booster recommendations and how to best protect children.
The event, called “Ending the Pandemic of Misinformation and Misperception” begins at noon and is available live on the News 8 Now Facebook page.
