Warriors drop first game of season against 15th ranked UM-Duluth

WINONA, Minn. (WKBT)–The Warriors faced a tough challenge at home, against 13th Ranked UM-Duluth, and couldn’t complete a full comeback in the second half, losing 29-23.

The Bulldogs got out to a 26-3 lead in the first half, and Winona State Responded with a 20-point second half, but it wasn’t enough to top Duluth.

Winona State will next take on the University of Mary on Sept. 25.
