Update: One fatality reported following I-90 crash

One person is dead after a crash on I-90 during the Friday night commute.

The Wisconsin State Patrol says the four-car crash happened at about 5:30 p.m. between Mile Markers 3 and 4 in Onalaska when a Toyota Camry began traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes. The Camry then left the roadway and entered into the median where it collided with a cable barrier. The Camry then re-entered onto the eastbound lanes traveling westbound without headlights lit. A Toyota Avalon was traveling eastbound in the left lane and collided with the Camry head-on. The Camry rotated into the median and came to rest against the cable barrier. The Avalon continued east and collided with a Chevrolet Cobalt. The Cobalt then collided with a Ford Mustang before all cars came to a rest.

State Patrol says the driver of the Camry, who is identified as 59 year-old Larry Felber of Holmen, has died from his injuries. The passengers of the other three cars are suffering varying non-life threatening injuries.

The Wisconsin State Patrol is still investigating the crash.
