Trane Technologies makes Fortune’s ‘World’s Most Admired’ list for 10th year

SWORDS, Ireland (WKBT) — Trane Technologies, a global climate corporation, has been named to the Fortune magazine “World’s Most Admired Companies” list for the 10th consecutive year.
Contributing to the honor for Trane Technologies, which is headquartered in Swords and includes The Trane Company in La Crosse, is its 2030 Sustainability Commitments. The commitments strive to help solve some of the world’s biggest sustainability challenges, promote industry and global change and create a more equitable, inclusive world.
The commitments include a pledge to reduce customer greenhouse gas emissions by one gigaton — 2% of the world’s annual emissions — and achieve carbon-neutral operations.
“Every day, our people around the world bring our purpose to life by boldly challenging what’s possible for a sustainable world,” said Dave Regnery, chairman and CEO for Trane Technologies.
“Our innovation is transforming the way the world heats and cools buildings, improves indoor air quality and safely transports food and medicine,” Regnery said.
“As we scale today’s technology and innovate for tomorrow, we can dramatically reduce carbon emissions and create value for our team, our customers, our shareholders and our planet,” he said.
