Tomah Middle School moving to virtual learning Monday

TOMAH, Wis. (WKBT) — Tomah Middle School will move to in-home and virtual learning for all students starting Monday, according to the Tomah Area School District.

The district set a tentative return date for hybrid instruction of Monday, Feb. 8.

The decision comes after an increase in COVID-19 cases in both staff and students, according to the school district.

All Tomah Middle School activities and athletics will also be paused for he duration.

Students’ class schedules will remain the same but delivered virtually. Classes will be conducted Monday – Friday.

Middle School parents and guardians will receive specific information regarding the virtual learning process during this pause in the hybrid model.
