‘Thrive Fest’ keeps the gemutlichkeit spirit alive while festing for a good cause
HOLMEN, Wis. (WKBT) – Oktoberfest may be canceled but the gemutlichkeit spirit lives on.
One local community is festing for a cause.
‘Thrive Fest’ kicked off in Holmen on Thursday evening at the Thrivent Financial office.
Evening activities included a drive-thru traditional brat dinner and live entertainment all while raising money for the new Holmen Community Center, which opened earlier this month.
Oktoberfest royalty and grenadiers even joined in on the fun.
‘Thrive Fest’ was hosted by Thrivent financial.
