LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — The Third Congressional District Republican Party of Wisconsin voted unanimously to reelect Bill Feehan as its chairman at its caucus Saturday in Merrillan, Wis.
Hannah Testin of Portage County was reelected Vice Chair. Feehan and Testin will each serve two-year terms.
Larry Vangen of La Crosse, who serves as treasurer for the group, was recognized as its Republican of the Year and Sen. Ron Johnson was voted Best Legislator.
The caucus’s featured speaker was Derrick Van Orden, who last week announced his second bid to represent the third district in the U.S. House of Representatives. He lost in November to incumbent Democrat Ron Kind of La Crosse during a very close race.
