The Mild Weather Continues For The Holiday

Tuesday’s High: 43F / Tonight’s Low: 35F – Last updated Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at 7:15 AM…

Merry Christmas Eve! Patchy dense fog has developed across the area this morning. Not only will there be visibility issues, there could also be some slick roads due to the extra moisture.

Skies will be mostly cloudy today and temperatures will remain warmer than average. Highs will be in the low 40s.

Cloudy tonight with patchy fog possible. Lows will be very mild in the low to mid 30s.

Christmas Day will be very similar to today, however, we could also see some areas of drizzle or freezing drizzle. Please keep this in mind before you head off to your holiday destination. Highs tomorrow will be in the low 40s.

Looking Ahead… A little drizzle or freezing drizzle will once again be possible on Thursday.

We’ll see some clearing Friday and temperatures will be slightly cooler with highs in the upper 30s.

A potent storm system looks to take aim at us for the weekend. At the moment, it looks like we’ll get a combination of rain and snow for Saturday, and then changing over to light snow for late Saturday night and Sunday. The timing and precipitation types could change, so stay tuned over the next couple of days.
