State Sen. Brad Pfaff addresses goals on bettering transportation in the La Crosse area
LA CROSSE, Wis (WKBT) – Addressing transportation issues, which affect rural areas and the city alike, will help our overall economy.
That’s an idea that State Senator Brad Pfaff is championing.
Senator Pfaff is a member of the Transportation and Local Government Committee in Wisconsin.
Tonight he will be participating in a virtual “Transit Talk” about public transportation in the La Crosse Area.
Senator Pfaff will talk about his goals and thoughts on how to best help the city as well as our rural areas.
“This is a very urban and rural district with a lot of different diverse needs and a diverse economy. So, we want to make sure we have a transportation system that fits the needs here and now, and also one that is ready to move forward,” said Senator Pfaff.
Tonight’s virtual event will be held from 6 to 7 PM.
The event is free and open to the public but registration is required.
