Students back in classrooms in Arcadia

Students can learn in person or virtually

ARCADIA, Wis. (WKBT) – Students are back in classrooms in the School District of Arcadia.

The district is offering in-person or virtual learning for students.

The majority of students are learning in-person.

Like many other districts, increased cleaning procedures and social distancing efforts are in place.

At the elementary school, a large tent is providing space for students get a new experience.
“If they wanted to have their lunch out there, if they want to have class out there. It’s up to them. Gives the kids some breathing time, away from the masks,” said Arcadia Elementary School principal Paul Halverson.

Students are required to wear masks while in school buildings.
