TOWN OF COON, Wis. (WKBT) — An Arlington, Texas, man who was driving a 40-foot cargo truck rear-ended a car stopped next to a traffic control flagger on U.S. Hwy. 14 west of Westby Wednesday, according to the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office.

Kennedy Nyangena, 45, was traveling east on Hwy. 14 in a construction zone at Cut-Across Road in the Town of Coon when his cargo truck hit the rear of a car driven by 21-year-old Eli R. DeChamps of St. Charles, Minn., according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.
