Sprinkles Or Flurries Possible For Some This Evening -Bill Graul
Not All That Cold Tonight... But Breezy
Tonight’s Forecast Low: 32F / Tuesday’s Forecast High: 41F…
After a snowy Sunday, temps across the region climbed above freezing for the first time since Feb. 4th. In fact, our high of 37F in La Crosse made for the warmest day all month long!
Passing clouds tonight thanks to a weak disturbance zipping by to our north. That system will bring a slight chance of sprinkles or flurries this evening, especially north of I-90. Otherwise, it won’t be all that cold tonight with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s. It will be a bit breezy though, making it feel like temps are in the 20s.
Partly to mostly cloudy Tuesday, with highs in the upper 30s to low 40s. Another weak disturbance will bring a slight chance of light rain or snow showers late in the day and into Tuesday night. Once again, the best precip chances look to be across northern parts of the viewing area.
Looking Ahead… Breezy Wednesday with mostly to partly cloudy skies and highs in the mid-upper 30s. Partly sunny and more seasonable Thursday, with highs in the low-mid 30s. Breezy again Friday with highs back in the upper 30s, under partly sunny skies.
Another weak disturbance will bring a slight chance of mainly light snow showers Friday night into early Saturday. Otherwise, expect mostly cloudy skies Saturday, with highs in the upper 30s. Yet another system will bring a chance of light snow on Sunday, with highs in the low-mid 30s.
Chillier to start next week, with highs closer to 30F Monday and Tuesday. Monday is looking partly cloudy and dry at this time, then mostly cloudy on Tuesday.
Have a good Monday night! -Bill Graul
