Koenig signs deal with team from Montenegro

LA CROSSE, WI - Bronson Koenig's professional basketball career has made stops in Milwaukee, Chicago, Grand Rapids, and now Europe.

The former Aquinas and Wisconsin standout is headed to Montenegro to play with KK Mornar Bar.   Koenig signed with the team yesterday according to EuroBasket league website. Mornar Bar is the reigning Montenegrin League champions

Going undrafted in the 2017 NBA Draft, Koenig averaged averaging 9.7 points and 1.4 assists in 47 games with the Grand Rapids Drive of the G-League last season.
