Slight Chance of Showers Tonight -Bill Graul
Warmer for the Weekend, Isolated Showers Saturday?
Tonight’s Forecast Low: 65F / Saturday’s Forecast High: 83F…
As advertised, it will cooler today with scattered rain showers. Here are some rainfall reports from NWS automated weather stations.
Dry for many this evening, but there’s still a chance for some scattered light showers in spots… and this will continue tonight as well. The higher rain chances will be to our north/east. Temps tonight will be in the 50s and 60s, but could even rise a bit overnight in the La Crosse area and points west.
A low-pressure system will track east of the area Saturday, but still could pop a few isolated t-showers in spots before it does. Otherwise, expect a mix of clouds and sun both Saturday and Sunday with warmer highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. It will be a bit muggier Saturday as well.
Looking Ahead… Couple of nice days Monday and Tuesday with seasonable highs in the low 80s under a mix of sun and clouds. Isolated t-showers possible Wednesday, then better chances for scattered showers and storms next Thursday and Friday. Highs will mainly remain in the upper 70s to low 80s through the week.
Happy Friday and have a great weekend! -Meteorologist Bill Graul
