Slight Chance of Showers & T-Storms This Evening & Tonight -Bill Graul

Less Humid Friday Making for a Pleasant Start to July

Tonight’s Forecast Low: 64F / Friday’s Forecast High: 83F…

A cold front will track east/southeast across the region tonight, bringing a slight chance for hit/miss showers and t-storms. Coverage will only be about 20-30%, so not everyone will see rain. If you’re heading to Riverfest or have any other outdoor plans, perhaps have the rain gear just in case.

Muggy this evening, then dew points will decrease late tonight once the front moves through and winds shift around to the NW. Lows will be in the 56-66F range across the viewing area.

2020 Evening 8 To 8

Thursday Night Forecast

Pleasant start to July on Friday with partly cloudy skies and less humid conditions. Expect highs in the 78-84F range. Small chances (20%) for isolated t-showers both Saturday and Sunday, with highs in the low 80s Saturday… then mid-upper 80 Sunday.

Unfortunately, the chance for scattered showers and storms increases on Monday and it will be more humid too. I’m not looking at a washout, but you’ll definitely want to keep the rain gear handy and frequently check our News8000 First Alert Weather App to see if any rain is going to impact your 4th of July plans.
