Sleepy Hollow’s Haunted Hedge Maze open this weekend
VIROQUA, Wis. (WKBT) — A haunted hedge maze is hoping to provide some early Halloween scares this weekend.
The Sleepy Hollow Hedge Maze will be open Friday and Saturday night outside of Viroqua.
The hedges for the maze were planted about 16 years ago and now reach between 7 and 8 feet tall.
Donations are collected at the start of the maze, with all of the money going to the Viroqua and Kickapoo FFA clubs.
FFA members also help out with the maze, dressing up in costumes and lurking around the dark corners of the maze to scare people as they make their way through.
Last year the maze raised more than $3600.
