Riverland Energy Cooperative hosts open house at new location
HOLMEN, Wis. (WKBT) – Riverland Energy Cooperative will no longer be operating out of Onalaska.
On Wednesday, the electricity provider held an open house and ribbon cutting for their new location in Holmen, located in the Kings Bluff Business Park.
Riverland Energy serves more than 15,000 people across Buffalo, Trempealeau, and La Crosse Counties.
The project has been in the works since 2015. Construction first broke ground in June, 2019.
The new building provides more than double the space Riverland used to have. This allows all of the equipment to be properly maintained, so they can better serve their customers.
Riverland Energy’s headquarters will remain in Arcadia.
