Riverfest buttons on display during grand unveiling
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — People had the chance to talk to one of the artists behind this year’s Riverfest button design during a grand unveiling Friday night.
The event took place before the Logger’s home game against the Waterloo Bucks.
Shae Scott, a fifth grade student at the School of Technology and Arts, designed one of the buttons.
Kao Xiong, a student at Logan High School, designed the other to honor military members. His button is available at La Crosse County Veterans Services.
