Reward increased for information leading to arrest in fatal stabbing of Onalaska man
WEST ALLIS, Wis. (WKBT)- A $10,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to an arrest in the stabbing death of an Onalaska man.
The West Allis Police Department says it continues to investigate the 2019 homicide of Ryan Sorenson.
He was stabbed to death Sept. 15, 2019 at about 1:56 a.m. in the 2000 block of S. 71st Street in the Milwaukee suburb.
Sorenson was walking in the area with friends when he was approached by two people on bicycles. One of those two people stabbed Sorenson during an altercation.
Here is the description of the people police are looking for:
- White female, approximately 20-30 years of age, approximately 5’05” and 130 lbs with short blonde hair with pink and blue highlights, wearing a black sweatshirt and pink yoga pants with a white stripe.
- White male, approximately 20-30 years of age, approximately 5’08”, wearing a black sweatshirt, tan shorts, with a small pink backpack.
West Allis Police say while they’ve received numerous tips, but they have not yet identified the suspects.
They say the family or Ryan Sorenson has raised money to assist with a reward in this case.
