Record or Near-Record Cold Possible for Some Overnight -Bill Graul

Remaining Unseasonably Cool Wednesday & Thursday

Tonight’s Forecast Low: 29F / Wednesday’s Forecast High: 48F…

Clear for a time this evening, then more clouds overnight. The clear skies and lighter winds will lead to an unseasonably cold night, in fact some spots could see record or near-record low temps. My forecast low for La Crosse is 29F and the record low for April 27th (tomorrow morning) is 28F, set in 1982. Expect lows to range from 20F (north/east) to 32F across the region. The average low in La Crosse this time of year is 43F.
