Rain showers will continue to spread across the area with a few storms today. We are watching for the potential of severe weather on Saturday.

Warm Front Bringing Showers & Storms

A warm front associated with a low pressure system will continue to bring widespread rain showers across the Coulee Region today.

Afternoon Planner: Showers & Storms Likely.  High Temperature 58F.  Winds ESE 10-20 MPH.

Showers will continue through the early afternoon with temperatures in the upper 40s.  A few thunderstorms are possible later this afternoon.  Lingering showers are still possible by this evening.  Some of the storms this afternoon could turn strong to severe with heavy rain and hail the primary threats.

Another Round of Storms on Saturday

As the low pressure system progresses, it will also bring a cold front that will help spawn showers and thunderstorms again mainly during the evening and night.  Some of the storms could turn strong to severe with damaging winds, large hail, and isolated tornadoes.
