Project Homeless Connect provides services in La Crosse

For those needing help in our community, services are being made available.

Project Homeless Connect was held Thursday at the La Crosse Center.

The event, hosted by CouleeCap, provides services and information to those who may be homeless or are facing homelessness.

Services of employment, education, health care and housing services were available.

For organizers, the chance to make a face to face connection can provide opportunity.

“Like the 211, I knew about that, the food stamps and the other places like getting your blood pressure checked, I didn’t know that they would have stuff like that here,” Donna Hofer, who was seeking services.

If you or someone you know needs help, you can find a list of resources on La Crosse Collaborative to End Homelessness website.
