Police are looking for information on a string of burglaries in Houston County.

They date back to the night of March 27 and the early morning on March 28.

The suspect hit three businesses in Brownsville, Hokah, and Caledonia. Police believe the suspect is connected to two other burglaries in Allamakee County around the same time.

The suspect is described as a heavier set male around 5’5″ to 5’8″.

Police are now asking to people to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity.

“We need the public’s help quite frankly we can’t be everywhere at the same time especially overnight we only have one deputy on, obviously he can’t be everywhere. We depend on the public’s help to kind of be our eyes out there, if they see something suspicious report it,” said Houston County Sheriff’s Department Sheriff Mark Inglett.

The incidents are still under investigation.
