Pet of the Week – Freesia

/* Style Definitions */

Freesia is a 1-year-old, un-spayed female Chihuahua Mix.

She is an adorable and quiet little lady!

Freesia is very shy and unsure in new situations and when she meets new people. She needs a quiet home and a patient owner.

She does still have accidents in her kennel so she will need a consistent routine in her new home, we encourage asking an adoption counselor about crate training.

Freesia should do well in a home with other pets. Due to her shyness she should live in an adult only home.

She needs to work on building up her confidence, it would be beneficial for her to go through a course of dog training classes with her new owner. Training classes are free at CRHS for any dog adopted from our shelter!

Visit Freesia or one of the many other animals available for adoption at the Coulee Region Humane Society from 1-5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday-Sunday or 1-7 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday.

If you would like to help our wonderful friends while they are waiting to be adopted, the Coulee Region Humane Society is always looking for donations. These donations go a long way in making the stay more comfortable for our animal guests.
