Pet of the Week – Bluto

Bluto is a handsome, sweet and easy-going 4 year old boy looking for his perfect forever family. Bluto seems to be house trained . He should do well with a consistent routine and time to adjust in his new home.

He should do well in a home with other dogs. We always suggest doing a dog meet here at the shelter with any resident dogs to make sure it’s a good match. He may do well with children of any age under parental guidance and supervision.

Bluto is a great dog who loves to soak up attention and explore the great outdoors. He would make a wonderful hiking partner. He already knows “sit” and “lay down” and would love for you to teach him more! He is looking for a family that will keep him active and help him get down to a healthier weight as he’s currently a few pounds shy of 100.

Visit Bluto or one of the many other animals available for adoption at the Coulee Region Humane Society from 1-5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday-Sunday or 1-7 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday.
