OWIs up slightly, student citations down sharp during weekend originally scheduled for Oktoberfest in La Crosse
Arrests of adults were also down in 2020 to 2019.
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – Following the weekend that Oktoberfest was originally scheduled in La Crosse, the La Crosse Police Department is releasing numbers from the weekend.

Those are both down from 2019.
