Onalaska looking for crossing guards

ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) — The Onalaska Police Department said Tuesday that has immediate openings for permanent and on-call crossing guards, especially at the intersection of Sand Lake Road and Quincy Street.

Morning hours are from 6:45-7:45 a.m. and afternoon hours are from 2:45-3:45 p.m. Although availability of applicants to work both shifts is preferred, it is not required.  We will consider hiring for mornings or afternoons.

On-call crossing guards are used to fill vacancies when permanent crossing guards are ill or unable to fill their shifts.  On-call crossing guards are used at several different locations throughout the city. Note: available on call hours are not limited to those listed above.
