Not guilty plea entered for man accused of killing employee at downtown La Crosse bar
Timothy Young is accused of shooting Anthony Fimple on June 27th
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – The man charged with shooting and killing a bouncer at a downtown La Crosse bar makes a plea in court.
A not guilty plea was entered Tuesday on behalf of 31-year-old Timothy Young of Spring Grove.
Judge Elliot Levine found there is sufficient evidence for the case to go to trial.
Young is accused of shooting 19-year-old Anthony Fimple in the early hours of June 27th at the La Crosse Bierhaus in downtown La Crosse.
The bar was formerly known as the Twisted Moose.
Fimple died a short time later and Young was arrested that morning in Onalaska.
Young is being held on a $1 million cash bond.
