News8000 enters new decade with new look, 24/7 ‘Watch Now’ livestream
News8000.com introduced a new design Saturday, along with a new platform.
News8000 visitors will notice a streamlined navigation bar that expands with a robust drop-down menu of comprehensive content throughout News8000.com.
Viewers will also see a more video- and image-rich top story display on the homepage and throughout the site. The clean, modernized design offers more white space and less clutter.
Clicking the now-prominent “Watch Now” button at the top of the page throughout the site will deliver viewers to live newscasts or breaking news coverage as it airs. When News 8 newscasts are not live, the stream will showcase the most-recently aired newscast, so viewers can stay up-to-date, anytime.
Breaking news will continue to be at the heart of what users can expect from News8000.com, along with coverage of all the important state, local and political, weather and sports stories of the day.
Viewers tuning in to any News 8 shows seven days a week find the most up-to-date information and stories that impact their lives. The new look on the website means our team of digital journalists in the News8000 Newsroom will better deliver real-time updates across all devices and showcase our tradition of providing award-winning, meaningful, enterprise reporting.
