Four Fire Departments Respond to Fire Call in Holmen

HOLMEN, Wis. (WKBT) - Some families in our area are out of their homes today after a fire in Holmen.

It began before 2:00 o'clock this afternoon on the back deck of a home along Cherry Lane.

The Holmen Fire Department along with fire crews from Onalaska, La Crosse and the Town of Campbell   were able to quickly get the fire under control before it spread to the other four connected homes.
 

No one was hurt and one dog was rescued.
Crews are still investigating what caused the fire.
