LA CROSSE (WKBT) - Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers made a visit to UW-La Crosse on Thursday to highlight a project in his biannual budget proposal.

The university needs $182.5 million to complete the Prairie Springs Science Center and demolish Cowley Hall.
