La Crosse police report counterfeit money passed at downtown businesses

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) - Five separate incidents of counterfeit money being passed at downtown businesses have been reported in the past three days.

According to La Crosse police, both $20 and $100 bills have been passed. 

Najee Hudson was arrested and charged on Sunday, January 20.

An unidentified woman passed a counterfeit $100 at Jimmy John's on Monday night, January 21. Contact dispatch with information at 608-785-5962.
