Move-In day for Viterbo University
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — Viterbo students are preparing for the school year.
Students were busy moving furniture and room decorations Friday, as they moved into the residence halls.
New and returning students will also be able to enjoy a weekend of activities on campus.
Students and staff at the university say they are working to make sure campus is welcoming.
“First year of college is hard and transfer year is hard because either way you’re in a new environment with a completely new group of people that you’re living with a lot of people, this is the first time they’ve ever been away from home, this is the first time they ever have to share a room with somebody and so it’s a huge adjustment,” said Margy Frazier, Viterbo University Assistant Director of Resident Life.
Classes begin on Monday, August 27th.
