A cold front will then swing southeast across the region Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. This will crank up the winds from the W and NW around 15-35 mph… and usher in another strong reminder that we’re in the middle of winter in the Upper Midwest! Expect highs on Wednesday only in the 5-10F range. Expect lots of sunshine Thursday, but highs will again only be in the single digits. Overnight lows Wednesday and Thursday nights will be in the -0s and -10s… with wind chills in the -20F to -30F range for many.
