JACKSON COUNTY, Wis. (WKBT) – The Wisconsin State Patrol arrested a woman driving under the influence with two children in the car Saturday night. State Troopers arrested Larissa Bianca Humphrey, 31, of Monroe after a traffic stop. In a new release, State Troopers said Humphrey drove 101 mph in 70 mph zone on Interstate 94.

Humphrey admitted to consuming marijuana an hour earlier and failed a field sobriety test. Troopers arrested Humphrey for possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and OWI 1st offense, with a child under the age of 16 in the vehicle.

Law enforcement took Humphrey to Mayo Osseo for an evidentiary blood draw and she was released.
