Match day to double donations to Salvation Army of La Crosse County

Drive provides about a third of the Salvation Army of La Crosse County's budget

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – If you are looking to support the Salvation Army of La Crosse County you have twice the reason to donate Saturday.

Inland Packaging is sponsoring a match day at all kettles throughout La Crosse County.

$12,500 thousand dollars in donations will be matched dollar for dollar during the day.

The Red Kettle campaign accounts for about a third of the Salvation Army’s annual budget.

And if you don’t want to leave your house, but still want to help, there is a virtual donation underway as well.

Donations made Friday and Saturday will also be matched.
