It’s with a full heart we say goodbye to 91 years of earthly joy with Margaret M. Eastman. On June 7, 2021 our Lord and Savior welcomed another angel.
Margaret was a loyal companion who always put her family and faith first. She came from a dairy farm near Mount Tabor, Wisconsin, raised a family in Hillsboro, a professional career in La Crosse, back to her roots in Hillsboro and then spent her final years in West Virginia.
Margaret had a passion for being surrounded by family and friends. Her empathy for others was always just a smile away.
She was a mother to Allen and William. A grandmother to Jessica, Judd (Allison), Constance, Taylor and Gabe. A great grandmother to Elijah, Caroline, Margaret, Emzy and Calvin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Agnes Sebranek; her husband, Kenneth Eastman; her husband, Arden Peterson; and her daughter-in-law, Linda Eastman.
Survived by sons, Allen (Kim) and William Eastman; grandchildren, great grandchildren; sister, Alice Hammer and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 14, at 1:30 p.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Hillsboro, with Father Don Bauer officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Vernon Cemetery in Hillsboro. Friends may call at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro on Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m., with a Rosary to be held at 4:30 p.m. For online information go to www.pichafuneralhomes.com
