Sticking to your own beliefs is the best way to avoid stress this year
LA CROSSE, Wis (WKBT) – The holidays can be stressful for many, even in the best of times.
But this year, might add the stress of loved ones who may disagree with gathering to celebrate the holidays.
While families will want to spend the holidays together, health officials say that could be a harmful to risk people.
Figuring out how to best have these conversations will help reduce the stress you’ll feel this holiday season.
But sticking to your own beliefs is the best way to avoid stress this year.
“One of the things that we know, whenever we make a decision based upon our values and our behavior follows, we’re always gonna be in a good place,” said Dr. Craig Sawchuk, a Clinical Psychologist at Mayo Clinic.
