Man charged after sending emails threatening to kill state employee
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — A man has been charged with battery to a La Crosse Workforce Development employee.
The employee stated she had been receiving threatening emails from Doug Kytonen who threatened to kill her boss according to the criminal complaint.
“If I say your boss is dead, he Is dead. You guys suck, is their any reason I shouldn’t kill your boss?” and “Should I murder your boss? I haven’t decided, real simple.” were included in one of the emails.
Kytonen could face up to 6 years in prison as a repeat offender.
He also has had charges in Minnesota for harassment, stalking, arson, and making terroristic threats.
