Lovefest honored with ice sculpture
The sculpture can be seen on the corner of third and main street
LA CROSSE, Wis (WKBT) – To help commemorate the first annual Love Fest celebrations, some new art is popping up downtown.
La Crosse sculptor, Mike Martino, was commissioned by Downtown Mainstreet to create a snow sculpture for help complete Love Fest.
The will hopefully remind people, that all you need is love.
“Well it’s Valentines Day, so it’s a large heart with a little cupid on top, and then it will have the banner on the bottom that says #LoveFestLax,” Mike told us.
The sculpture can be seen on the corner of third and main street.
