Lego League team advances to state competition
LA CRESCENT, Min. (WKBT) — A talented group of students from La Crescent is going to Saint Paul for building something unique.
Members of Crucifixion School’s ‘Lego League’ team have been working hard the past six months to create and program a robot made out of Legos that helps grow a hydroponic garden.
The lettuce grown in the garden then gets passed on to be used in the school’s lunch room.
After advancing through the regional competition in Rochester and the Sectional competition in Minneapolis, the team will take their robots to the state level next weekend.
