Leader Ethics-Wisconsin unveils its 2020 Citizen’s Guide
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — A discussion in La Crosse was highlighting news literacy in today’s election climate.
News literacy is the ability to sift through information and know what’s true and what isn’t. That was the topic at a Leader Ethics-Wisconsin meeting on Wednesday.
During the meeting, the organization unveiled their “20-20 Citizen’s Guide for Ethical Leadership among Elected Officials.”
The guide helps people recognize when they’re being influenced by media and the importance of transparency in our elected officials.
