LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — La Crosse’s north side came to life with lights!
Thursday night’s Torchlight Parade marked the last official event for the first day of La Crosse’s annual Oktoberfest celebration. The parade, also known as the “Pride of the Northside,” featured 91 floats, groups and bands decked out in lights.
This year’s Torchlight Parade marshal, Chuck Thoftne, led the procession down La Crosse’s Gillette and Caledonia streets.
