La Crosse’s new 5th Ward Residences offers premium living spaces
LA CROSSE (WKBT) — The new 5th Ward Residences will provide 144 new living spaces.
The community will consist of one and two-bedroom apartments and 14 owner occupied townhomes which come in two or three-bedroom options.
Apartment amenities will include in-unit washer and dryer machines, dishwashers, and fiber optic internet access.
Community amenities include a fitness center, a basketball court, a BBQ and grill area, and enclosed surface parking.
The buildings are expected to be ready by fall.
The 5th Ward is located on 1221 Hagar Street in La Crosse.
