La Crosse’s Hunger Task Force passing out Badger Boxes with Wisconsin products

LA CROSSE (WKBT) – On Wednesday, The Hunger Task Force will distribute Badger Boxes in La Crosse.

The boxes are filled with dairy products, meat, fruit, and grains.

Everything in the box comes from Wisconsin farmers and food producers.

To get a box, recipients must meet income guidelines, and live in La Crosse, Vernon, Monroe, Trempealeau, or Crawford County.

Recipients must bring a valid ID.

The Hunger Task Force will hand out the boxes at their building at 1240 Clinton Street in La Crosse from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
