The recognition comes after years of working to build a better La Crosse.
“It’s huge, it’s really great to have other people in the community recognizing what we’re doing. We have felt like we’ve made so many community connections. And really been working with the community as a team,” said Jamie O’Neill, GROW executive director.
Susan Lundsten of Gundersen Health System and former Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse director Terry Erickson were also honored during the event.
