La Crosse Public Library launching online survey on future growth
LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — La Crosse’s Public Library is looking to grow its services over the next 5 years, but needs your help.
The library is launching an online survey through the city’s website. The hope is to get a better idea of where the library has room to improve.
There will also be four public stake-holder workshops throughout next week for people to add their input.
The library director says with budget concerns and the pace of technology growth, it’s important to make a plan for the future.
“In order to move forward we felt now was an ideal time to take a small step back, be thoughtful about what we are doing… and what we should be doing and what maybe we shouldn’t be doing,” said Library Director Kelly Krieg-Sigman.
You can sign up for the public workshops by calling the library at (608) 789-7143.
