La Crosse Police arrest 2 adults, 1 juvenile in connection with July 9 shooting incident

LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) – The La Crosse Police Department arrested two adults and one juvenile in connection with a July 9 shooting incident.

At 3:03 a.m. on July 9, La Crosse Police responded to a report of multiple gunshots near 200 8th Street North. Police determined multiple shots were fired into a residence at 229/231 8th Street North. No one inside the residences was injured during the incident.

Following an investigation, three individuals were identified and arrested.

Roy Bullard (1)Roy Lee Bullard, 19, is facing charges of party to the crime/1st Degree reckless endangerment of safety and disorderly conduct.

Malik MahlakiMahlaki Malik Delacruz, 18, is facing charges of 1st Degree reckless endangerment of safety and disorderly conduct.

A juvenile was also arrested and referred on charges of 1st Degree reckless endangerment of safety and disorderly conduct.

This incident is still under investigation by the La Crosse Police Department.
